International Art Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia Japan Pavilion series
A series introducing artists from the Japan Pavilion of the International Art Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia, commissioned by the Japan Foundation. La Biennale di Venezia is a biennial showcase of the latest trends in contemporary art, that attracts worldwide attention. The Japan Pavilion, designed by Takamasa Yoshizaka and completed in 1958, serves as a venue for introducing works by Japan’s representative artists.

International Architecture Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia Japan Pavilion series
A series introducing the exhibits at the Japan Pavilion of the International Architecture Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia, commissioned by the Japan Foundation. The International Architecture Exhibition La Biennale di Venezia began in 1980, and since 2000, the La Biennale di Venezia has alternated between art and architecture every second year. The Japan Pavilion has been an official participant in the exhibition since 1991.
